Be part of our exciting new food venture, serving up delicious American-style smokehouse cuisine to our on-site bars, along with themed function menus for our onsite venue functions.
About the Job:
We are seeking passionate and talented Grill Chefs to prepare and cook our mouthwatering smokehouse menu for a bar located on the brewery complex.
Part-Time Hours: The positions offer 16 hours of work per week. We can offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
Full-Time Hours: The positions offer 40 hours of work per week, including weekends.
Requirements:
Culinary Skills: Previous experience as a Chef is preferred, but if you have a strong passion for cooking and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.
You should have food knowledge and be able to produce dishes from our bespoke recipes, ensuring the perfect flavours and textures for our smokehouse-style dishes.
Attention to Detail: We take pride in the presentation of our dishes. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure each plate is visually appealing and appetising.
Team Player: As a part of our kitchen team, you should be a team player, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
